Information you provide
When you submit a service request, VKFIX receives the name, phone number, ZIP code, appliance type and description of the problem you enter. You may also provide an email address, preferred time, brand, model or other helpful details.
Do not include payment card information, door codes, account passwords or other sensitive information in your request.
How we use it
We use the information to review your request, contact you about the appliance, confirm whether a visit is available and manage service follow-up. Authorized staff may record the request status, internal notes and the amount of a completed repair for business records.
Submitting the website form does not book an appointment automatically or enroll you in marketing SMS messages.
Cookies, referrals & embedded maps
The website uses a necessary session cookie for form security and administrator access. When you submit a request, the website may record the page where you sent it, your first page visit during that browser tab, campaign parameters in the address bar and the referring website host when available. Temporary tab storage supports that attribution.
When the Google Maps embed loads, Google may receive browser and device information according to Google's privacy practices. We do not currently include a third-party advertising or analytics tracker in this PHP website.
Storage & authorized access
Service requests and related service records are stored on the website server. Access is limited to authorized administrators, and the site uses measures intended to protect forms and prevent public access to stored requests. Records may be retained as needed to handle inquiries, service history, legal obligations or disputes.
Questions, correction & deletion
Contact VKFIX if you want to ask about information you submitted, request a correction or request deletion. We will review the request in light of any applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations.
